Roger Erickson has been a top producing broker in Manhattan for over 20 years with sales well in excess of a billion dollars. For the 3rd year in a row, he has been recognized in The Wall Street Journal, REAL Trends and lore Magazine as one of the Top 100 Agents in the US by 2008 Sales Volume, this year ranking as the #4 agent in the nation. The prior year he was ranked as the #1 agent in Manhattan.

Roger has been able to create stellar deals for his clients in good times and bad. Known for his ability to successfully work with both celebrities and international business leaders, he has participated in countless record-setting transactions in both the uptown and downtown neighborhoods. Roger was recently featured as one of Manhattan's top brokers on the cover of the Real Deal, a real estate trade journal, and on the cover of the New York Observer. He was also featured in the Top 20 brokers in New York Magazine's cover story, "Real Estate's New Power Brokers." Previously Roger was featured in another cover story by the same publication, "The Most Powerful Real Estate Brokers in New York." His confidence, advertising and direct mail campaigns were all mentioned as contributing to his spectacular record, as was his ability to gain buyers entrance into the most selective co-ops.

Prior to becoming a broker, Roger worked at CBS for 10 years in both the television and music divisions. He is a graduate of the S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. Roger is a member and frequent guest speaker for the Real Estate Board of New York. He is also a member of the University Club.

Roger is an active supporter of f.a.c.e.s., a charity which endeavors to help children with neurological problems and developmental delays. He is married and has a son and twin daughters.
